Labour shadow minister to address BVA's Annual General Meeting

The British Video Association has announced that its Annual General Meeting and Reception will take place on Tuesday 19 November. Iain Wright MP, shadow minister for competitiveness and enterprise (pictured) will be the guest of honour.

The BVA exists to champion video entertainment in all its forms from packaged media such as DVD, Blu-ray Discs and 3D Blu-ray Discs through to digital services available on demand to rent or to own, on portable devices and for home consumption.

The organisation's membership - accounting for some 90% of the sector - includes film companies, television companies and independent labels who produce, license and distribute pre-recorded video entertainment, covering film, sport & fitness, music, TV, children's and special-interest programming.
