Premier PR acquires Dubbs-Eyeframe, creatives, to build one-stop shop

Leading entertainment agency Premier PR has created a new integrated communications agency under the banner of PREMIER following the acquisition of post-production and digital media company Dubbs-Eyeframe, the direct hiring of leading creatives, and the agreed acquisition of the business of leading design and animation house Liquid Television.

"All three companies have award-winning reputations earned for their work over 20 years and client bases that range from international film studios and broadcasters to independent companies across the entertainment, arts, culture and sports sectors," says Premier.

From its public relations origins, Premier brings vast experience in film, home entertainment, television, games, theatre, music and dance, consumer brands, personal representation and event production.

Over the last year, this service range has been augmented by specialist expertise in digital and social, corporate PR, sponsorship, and creative services. Dubbs-Eyeframe is one of London?s leading authoring, post-production and digital media facilities that has moved into events organisation. Liquid Television is a creative cross-media agency specialising in idents, title sequences, channel branding, promotion and special effects.

The new combined operation which trades as Premier is based out of Premier's Berwick Street headquarters in Soho which now houses state-of-the-art graphics, editing and sound studios, post facilities and content management capability. The company employs almost 200 people in London, Los Angeles and Plymouth.
