LFP Video Group (Larry Flint's Hustlerworld) has teamed up with New Media Adult Entertainment (CDGirls.com) to distribute what they claim to be the first Blu-ray adult title, Jenna Haze Oil Orgy, a title previously only available online and through catalogue.

The first Blu-ray adult video is in fact Debbie Does Dallas... Again, a remake of the classic Debbie Does Dallas, released on 28 March by Vivid Entertainment on both hidef formats Blu-ray and HD DVD.

In what is truly a first, Jenna Haze Oil Orgy will be offered in three different formats – Blu-ray, HD DVD and DVD-WMV.

The ten-year-old Los Angeles-based company will enjoy a much larger audience with their LFP Video partnership. "We have always been focused on bringing the customer the highest quality adult entertainment possible," says Manny Ulele, Chief Technology Officer. "LFP Video shares these same commitments to customer satisfaction, and we look forward to expanding the hi-def porn marketplace together."

The future of Blu-ray adult entertainment looked dim last January after it was alleged that Sony had tried to prevent such discs being made. Producers also complained that they had received no help from either Sony or the Blu-ray Disc Association when it came to technical issues. Both organisations denied a ban ever existed.
