CUSTOMERS planning on scoring a few pornographic titles from pirated DVD haven Glodok district in Jakarta, Indonesia, will be disappointed. The police recently busted a pirate porn DVD production factory in Pulogadung, East Jakarta. The factory was apparently able to produce 2,000 DVDs per day to be sold in Glodok. Some 11 [DVD] duplicating tools and 9,000 DVDs were confiscated. The suspects could face up to 12 years in prison for spreading pornography and a further 2 years for film piracy.
