Move towards second-screen
Andrew Elia, Founder and MD of Arishi Media Technologies, is the UK's leading expert in marker-less Augmented Reality technology. He is responsible for developing some of the earliest, ground-breaking web-based projects for Volkswagen UK, Umbro and the football website, Football 365.
Andrew developed software for server, desktop, mobile and embedded environments for clients such as Mercedes-Benz, British Telecom, Vodafone, GCHQ, Thomas Cook and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Prior to setting up his own company, Andrew had started Crossplatform together with Nick Brown, a senior executive from BSkyB and John Emerson, an ex-board director of Saatchi & Saatchi. As CTO, he led the company's implementation of complex augmented reality promotions for Paramount UK, IPC, Future Publishing, Hugo Boss, Nokia, JC Decaux and Ubisoft.
A member of both BAFTA and Mensa, Andrew is a veteran of the new media and interactive industry.
